The Kairos Centre

KairosOur Vision

Our vision for this building is to provide a place where anyone can come and take time out from the busyness of life and be restored in mind, body and spirit.

We are concerned that new housing areas run the risk of becoming soulless dormitory estates and so the church is working hard to help build a lively and life-giving community in Grange Park.

A warm welcome awaits in a relaxing café style; a place to unwind and meet with others over a tea or coffee. Affordable meeting and conference space will also be a high quality available community facility.

Meeting the needs of our thriving church and growing new community lies at the heart of our new building vision. Please read below for more information or visit the new Kairos Centre website at: http://www.kairoscentre.co.uk/

GPC Partnership with SNC
The building, located opposite the Health Centre not far from Budgens, is currently empty and undeveloped and assigned for community use. Subject to landlord approval, Grange Park Church and South Northants Council will work in partnership to develop the new building and facilities which will be run by Grange Park Church

Church Facilities
The building will provide a much needed centre of operations for the thriving church, enabling it to further support and improve its active community, children's and youth work. It will offer additional space for a wide range of church events and activities, including worship.

Events, activities and opportunities
Building on its already strong relationship with Grange Park's health professionals, GPC will seek to use the facility to offer wellbeing and lifestyle events for all adult ages together with other possible support opportunities linked to local health and social services such as mental health and debt management. The building will also offer a quiet place for people who need to think or pray. Parent and toddler activities, children's work and youth opportunities will also be at the heart of our service to the community.

Fundraising
Grange Park Church is currently running a campaign to raise the £250,000 necessary to develop and furnish the interior. Annual running costs will be met by Church members and other supporters of this exciting project.
