Lester is Welsh! A husband, father, and recently a grandfather too, he says he is still a big kid at heart. He enjoys making ‘games’ from others cast-away items e.g. for Kidzone, and loves the company of people, especially when food is involved (only joking if this is being read by his doctor). He has enjoyed many roles in his considerable ’Christian’ journey, including Children's and Youth Work, House Group leading, and as part of a leadership team. He has managed a number of career changes…Architecture, Graphic Design and Marketing, and is now a consultant in ‘the analysis of how buildings are used’ (Police, Councils and NHS). Wow he must be older (but wiser) than he looks!

Charlotte is married to Charlie, with 4 children (all in school). In a former life she worked as a primary teacher. She spends her working week in the community of Grange Park, with a particular emphasis on building community amongst young families. She feels role here is too good to be true - She loves all the friendships, being part of such a warm and open community, being able to run Stepping Stones, Journeys, Kidzone, puppet shows, Talking Point, assemblies and so forth. Her favourite past time is hockey, and she runs every day. Her favourite pod-casts come from Rob Bell's church called Mars Hill - he's a genius. One of her favourite TV shows is 'House'. But don't ever ask her to iron!
