Vision and Values
The Core element of our vision is that we, as followers of Jesus, are called to be ‘Good News to Grange Park and Beyond.'
Values:
- To worship God in all we do
- To be Good News to Grange Park and beyond
- That all, from oldest to youngest, are growing in the faith
- Conversion growth
- To be outstanding in generosity
- Christ-like depth and quality of our community life
- Everybody gets involved
- Multiplication
- To be naturally super-natural
Vision:
Within 2 years:
- Building: Have a Church ‘Centre of Operations’ providing facilities for the church to continue to grow and serve the community.
- Leadership: To grow leaders who grow leaders, but aren’t overworked. Sustainable patterns of leader growth & support.
- Cells – Multiply to 8
- Launch at least one new Congregation / group – reaching those we don’t (e.g. unchurched in GP or in a different area)
- Employ someone in Children’s/Youth work (This goal is on hold)
- Ministry to poor – establish one alongside other Clusters
Within 5 years:
- Planting a new church
